The project was developed based on the client’s request to create a new building to host laboratories for research and quality control supported by technical areas and office spaces. The purpose of the project was to define the operational and technical requirements and design a functional and flexible layout that could be adapted according to the future needs of the client. The laboratory and technical areas are located on the ground floor whereas the office spaces are located on the first floor. On the first floor, a terrace is also created for events and meetings. The façade is an interplay between solid and void.
